Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue is launching a TNVR (Trap–Neuter–Vaccinate–Return) program—one of the most effective and humane ways to manage community cat populations.

Across the U.S., there are an estimated 60–100 million stray cats. Without intervention, they continue to reproduce, spreading disease, facing starvation, and overwhelming shelters. TNVR stops this cycle: it prevents overpopulation, improves cat health, reduces euthanasia rates, protects wildlife, and benefits entire communities.

This rescue's volunteers donate their time, and their vets perform procedures pro bono—but they need your help to cover the surgery, medication, and equipment costs. Every dollar goes directly toward saving lives and creating a healthier future for both cats and people.
