Nine Innocent Lives. One Critical Mission.

At just six months old, nine pittie puppies are facing an uncertain future. Their owner, overwhelmed by a financial crisis and forced to sell their home, reached out to Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center for help—not to give them up, but to do the right thing before it’s too late.

With shelters overflowing and thousands of dogs being euthanized across California, the odds are stacked against pitties, especially as they grow older. There's a possibility these pups may not get adopted quickly—or at all—but we can stop the cycle now.

Santa Paula Animal Rescue Center stepped in to help, offering a clinic they use to help with spay/neutering of all nine puppies that will also provide vaccinations and microchips at a discounted rate. The only thing standing in the way now is funding. For nine puppies, it's not a small cost. We don’t want these puppies to end up in already overwhelmed shelters or bring more unwanted litters into a system that’s bursting at the seams.
