Our Abbie Jo has had a wonderful life she is so loved. She has been a staple in our life, the glue that held our family together during trying times and a joyful spark that continues to generate smiles and love. She has been the perfect pup with minimal health issues until recently. She had a mass grow quite rapidly over the past year that was recently diagnosed as a malignant sarcoma tumor.

Abbie Jo over the past few years has become pancreatitis prone so her diet has shifted which we have also noticed an uptick in fatty lipomas. However, she had one on her side that grew quite rapidly, and just recently is opened with the fear of infection we took her to the Brightcross Animal Clinic to get a diagnosis. This is when we learned that she has a malignant sarcoma tumor.

Abbie Jo has SOOOO much spunk and personality. She is so smart, from the time she was a pup she would count out 3 pieces of kibble and place them on my side of the bed as if to save them for later or give them to me. She knows when you are sad and gracefully curls up next to you and every morning she wakes my 5 year old up with snuggles and puppy kisses. She is so kind and well behaved.

We are essentially a single income household right now and are trying to make ends meet with bills and cannot afford the treatments she needs. For Abbie to get this treatment would mean more than any words could describe to our family. We are not ready to say goodbye.
