Abby is a 8-month-old Rescue Dog in Beaumont, TX, who needs $1,900 for Sago Palm Toxicity.

I rescued Abby from a shelter when her mom and siblings were abandoned by their previous owner. She was just a couple weeks old and when I went to the shelter to look at puppies Abby was the one that curled up on my foot and fell asleep. I thought too myself oh look how calm she is! Fast forward about 2 months... How wrong I was lol. My friends call her Queen Crazy lol soo full of life.

She loves to play with other cats and dogs. She greets everyone she meets with excitement and lots of kisses. We love to play tug and fetch. Go on runs, but I think she believes we are playing tug with the lease as she always grabs the lease and stays ahead of me lol. We take naps together and she can play with her best friend Mocha for hours.

Her favorite people are my mom and me. She stays with her during the day when I am at work so I know she is never alone. While also being able to go in the backyard and play. No matter where she is as soon as I turn on the water to take a shower, she comes running and waits for me to turn the shower on to put her head in it. She also likes growl at me while laying down if I am not petting her lol.

She ate a Sago Palm seed. I have been Transporting her to her primary Vet at Main Street Veterinary in Lumberton, TX to the South East Texas Animal Emergency Clinic every morning and night. She is still fighting and she still gives me lots of kisses and plays as much as she can. She needs lots of fluids to help her liver and plasma to help her platelets/proteins. I refuse to give up on her.

I have already spent close to $5,000 for her treatment and I am quickly running out. I am not giving on her and will do whatever I have to do to save her life. When I got Abby, it was during a rough time in my life. She was there for me, now I am will be there for her.
