Abby is a 9 year old American Staffordshire Terrier in Black Canyon City, AZ, who needs $490 for Oncologist Consult.

I seen Abby sprain her ankle (for lack of a better word) in a gopher hole several moths back. When the area swelled it was not surprising and it started to go down after a week. Then she yelped on day (very unusual for her) and it again swelled back up. This time it did not go down.
On Halloween we took her to see the vet and they thought from the X-ray there was a bone out of place but needed to wait until after the weekend to confirm. Then the X-ray was found to be normal so they suggested to complete the antibiotics to see if that made an improvement. It did not and it was again looking infected.

We took her back to the vet and they sent samples to the lab. the area where they aspirated has not stopped bleeding since the vet visit on the 8th of December.
9 days later the labs came back it was cancer.
Now the open wound on her leg from where they took the sample is the size of a half dollar and growing.
See needs to see an oncologist with limited options, none of which we can afford, but must do something.
As it she can not be alone with the wound as she will remove the bandages and its very very messy, she has to be uncomfortable and this is the first time I've not been able to take care of her financially.
