About this campaign

Abby was scared, sick, and found wandering the streets. When Pooch Savers Rescue heard about this sad girl, they immediately saved her.

Soon after, the nonprofit group brought her to Vetsavers Pet Hospital and learned she might be in kidney failure.

"She could not keep food down," Scott B., from the rescue, tells Waggle. "The early test results the veterinarian ran indicate kidney failure, but we must find out the cause. She's on fluids and needs additional testing."

Pooch Savers is heartbroken because Abby is a gem!

"Abby is just as sweet as she can be; she is always at our feet looking for approval," Scott says. "She will nose you until she gets a head pat. Unfortunately, with the cone on her head to protect her IV port, she is constantly smacking into us. It just makes her much more endearing and us more anxious to get her healthy."

Pooch Savers' goal is to secure, treat and rehome as many dogs as possible, but they can only do that with your help! "We depend on the kindness and generosity of others to assist us in this mission," Scott says.

Please help Abby get her diagnosis and get on with her life!
