Abby is a 3-year-old Schweenie in Moscow, PA, who needs $2,000 for foreign body removal.

We got Abby when she was 6 weeks old! She was from an accident litter of pups. She has become our daughter, a fur sister to our 8yr old son and companion to our 5yr old chihuahua cookie! We are desperate for help, we give to many in need whether it’s goods, money, services or just an ear to listen to. We are trying to reach out however we can!

Abby is full of spunk, loves kids and pets and visitors! She’s such a happy girl! Makes everyone she comes in contact with feel loved and accepted. She’s not happy unless she’s smothering everyone with kisses. Loves playing catch with our son, and go crazy for anything that squeaks or bounces. Not a mean bone in her body.

We are a single income family, living paycheck to paycheck. Car repairs last month used savings then, starting saving again for a rainy day type thing and now exhausted those funds on our girl. We are desperate now! We don’t want to lose our daughter at such a young age!

Abby ingested something unknown and now has a “foreign body” in her gut. They are currently giving her fluids to try to push it through her bowels, but if unsuccessful she will have to undergo emergency surgery! We have exhausted all of our savings with an emergency room cost, now trying to seek help for the surgery, which they say is likely to be imminent or we may have to put her down.

Abby is our son's best friend! When dad is working Abby will be found where ever her brother is! Her sister (chihuahua) loves to play tug with Abby. She gets along with even the most difficult animals. Kids in the neighborhood call her the “nosey neighbor” because she’s looking out the windows waiting for them all to come and pet her.
