Ace is an 11½-year-old long-haired Chihuahua x Papillon (Chion). I took him in at about 1 year old from a neglectful home, and he’s been my best friend ever since. We now live in a small desert town with my family. I’m currently working part-time while building my online eBay store. Ace lives indoors, sleeps in my room, and is loved and well cared for.

Ace is an 11½-year-old Chion with hip and knee issues since birth. He recently developed an abscessed canine tooth and possibly tore his ACL on his good leg. He’s also been diagnosed with arthritis. He’s receiving care and medication through our two local VCA Animal Hospitals.

Ace is a sweet, loyal Chion with the biggest heart. He loves being near me at all times and follows me from room to room. He’s gentle, affectionate, and protective in his own quiet way. Ace greets family with excitement and cuddles, always bringing comfort and love to everyone who knows him.

I left my job to help my mom care for my grandma on hospice, and since her passing it’s been hard to find steady work. I’m doing part-time cleaning and starting an online store. Getting Ace healthy again means everything — he’s my best friend and deserves a pain-free life.
