Hello all and say hello to Addie! She's my 20 pound, 4 year old rescue beagle and heavens do I love her! She was rescued from a life of living solely outdoors and is an absolutely precious girl. She's very energetic and loves to run and chase squirrels when she's not cuddled up under blankets.

Unfortunately for Addie, she is now suffering from her second complete CCL/ACL tear. The first was 2 years ago and TPLO surgery was performed on her left hind leg. Now she has ripped her right tendon and requires the same surgery on her right hind leg. I have researched alternatives which are all expensive, but the TPLO is the only permanent fix for such an active dog.

Addie has brought such joy to my home. She's my first beagle and heavens are beagles sweet dogs! She loves everyone and she's very gentle. She especially loves one of my older dogs and like a monkey, will lick and bathe her face whether she likes it or not!

I was able to pay the full $4000 for the first repair but this injury has caught me at a very bad time. I have been hit by very expensive plumbing issues and an older dog, Blue, who is in failing health and requiring extensive vet visits due to cancer and severe arthritis.
