Adi Ramirez is a 1-year-old Miniature Schnauzer in Cypress, TX, who needs $2,000 for Parvo Treatment.

Adi came into our lives via The Internet. We had been searching for a Miniature Schnauzer for our Youngest Daughter. She has allergies, so she chose a Miniature Schnauzer. We came across many ads, but chose to meet Adi. It was love at first sight. Our daughter Danica held her and fell in love. Yes, it was a 6 year old girl holding a cute puppy, but it was more than that for Danica and Adi.

Danica begged for us to allow Adi to sleep in her room with her. We told her that we (parents) had to keep her close so we could take her potty throughout the night, but as soon as Adi was potty trained, then she could keep her overnight. So, my wife and I would keep Adi with us in bed. She made herself comfortable between our pillows. So, Not only did Danica fall in love; now Mom and Dad did too.

We used our Savings to get her treatment started, and now the Vet has asked to keep her there for another 3-5 days because Adi is needing to remain in isolation and cared for 24/7. Having Adi healthy would bring so much joy to our daughter, and many great memories as well.

Adi caught Parvo, and is currently being treated at a local Pet Hospital. We have spoken with the Vet, and began treatment on 09/04/2020. The doc had told us that this would be a battle, but she would put together a regimen to help Adi with her best chances to get through this. We took her in as soon as we saw signs of sickness in hopes that we can get her well. The vet asked for 3-5 more days.

We have 2 other dogs (Percy and Hazel). Percy is 5 (JRT) and Hazel is 2 (GS). Both are great dogs, and have their personalities, but ENTER Adi, and she brought laughter, howling, and nurturing to our family. Her favorite toy is a Water bottle that she can crunch and make noise all over the house. We love telling her "Hellllloo Adiiiii!" She will begin to howl and give kisses. Not Percy or Hazel!
