About this campaign
Alli came into our lives when we noticed shady characters on a social media platform getting rid of her due to her being deaf. We were looking for a younger pup to bring into our household due to our Shepherd being very motherly and needing a "little one" to teach her mannerisms to. Alli being deaf was never a concern of ours. We picked her up and have been in love ever since!
Alli's number one goal in life is to puppy eye mom enough to go to the park daily and check on all the birds at the park. If we dont make it to the park, who is going to make sure the geese are okay?! Alli is the "middle" child, with Lexi (Shepherd, 9 yrs old) being the oldest and Moxi (Black Mouth Cur, 2 yrs old) being the youngest. All are rescues.
Alli has a way with people that will make your heart melt. She can put a smile on anyone's face just by existing. She's got so much personality. She may be deaf and suffer from seizures, but it never dims her light. She reminds us on a daily basis to appreciate each day as it comes. Never take a moment for granted. She is ny best friend, my entire world.
Alli was diagnosed with Idiopathic Epilepsy on April 2022. She has since had over 20 Grand Mal seizures, lasting over 2 minutes each time. Dr. Fitz has recommended a 5k MRI, as no other test result has came back with any answers as to why her seizures are worsening.
I lost my job on Feburary 21, after being remote for 3 years. I was on the path to getting Alli her MRI when I received an unexpected phone call that a remote workers were being fired in two days. :( My Alli is my entire world. I just want her healthy and safe :(
