Amari is a 5 year old Siamese in Newnan, GA, who needs $400 for Intraocular Pressure Test (IOP)s & Blood Work.

My baby boy, Amari, was rescued thrice within 2020-2021. Once from a backyard rescue operated independently by a local older woman, second by my aunt through FaceBook, and thirdly by me due to her neglect. I’ve had this incredibly sensitive and non confrontational boy since he was 3wks old. His mother was with him upon initial adoption and I couldn’t leave her. Both 6yrs old just about and bonded.

I’m pleading for your financial and emotional support due to an emergency vet visit I coordinated Sunday, March 1st,2026. The previous day, Saturday, I took notice of a rapid change in Amari’s eye color. It turned out to be Anterior Uveitis. Took $320 to get that answer, but he is not in the clear. I anticipate this taking repeating visits, but one thing at a time. A check-up is due March 8th.

Amari has always been a sensitive, kind, and extremely patient soul. He’s been more than I deserve, and I’ve told my own family this truth. He, his mother, and I have been through so much turmoil including 4 moves, and also blessings. How can I express how unique he is? From a preference of being spooned at night, to popping catnip bubbles by day, and trilling at how much he loves me in between.

I’m a person who tries to be the best I can, but life has beaten on me. I’ve gone from making great money-to making none. And that’s where I’m at now. I’ve been w/out a job for a year living with my grandparents along a Hwy in which I can’t walk to a job. A tricky situation.
