Meet Amorette: a tiny Yorkie with an unimaginable story.

She was found alone, injured, and frightened in a stream, suffering from a traumatic wound. Despite everything she’s been through, Amorette is still here and fighting.

Our veterinarian believes Amorette lost her left foot up to the metatarsal joint due to a severe injury, and she is also missing a toe on her right foot. Her recovery will not be quick or easy.

Amorette will need weekly bandage changes, ongoing veterinary care, and careful monitoring to prevent infection and ensure proper healing. Once she is stable, we are hopeful she may become a candidate for a prosthetic which will give her the chance to walk, run, and live comfortably again.
