About this campaign

I adopted Amos in Dec of 2021 and for a time, his health was fine, he was a rescue recovering from living on the streets and giardia but otherwise happy. He is well loved by me and his furry siblings. He lives in Seattle WA currently, where he was also born.

Shortly after adopting Amos, he began to have severe skin issues resulting in rounds of medication, antibiotics and testing. He has many food allergies that I haven't been able to discern most of. His paws, face and booty are plagued with painful blisters in which we are unsure of the cause. He regularly sees the team at North Seattle Vet Clinic.

I adopted Amos in a point of my life where my older dog began to show signs of needing a buddy. She was 10 and I thought that getting her a friend and someone to buddy up with would help her as she aged. He also filled a broken part of my heart after dealing with some hard times during the pandemic. He lives with his older sister and 3 guinea pig siblings.

A few months after adopting Amos, I was laid off of my job. Finding more work has been very difficult. Having Amos healthy again will allow me to focus on my own health and job search.
