About this campaign
We got a pair of kitten brothers from a women giving them away. They were initially very shy due to previous living situation. Now they live with us and are the life of the house. Playing and entertaining all including the kids and the dogs!
Unfortunately when we got the kitten we noticed he had an umbilical hernia. The previous owner stated she never noticed it, but it is very large. Angel was checked out at VCA Hanson after we got him and not only does he have a large umbilical hernia that needs a repair but he also has a heart murmur.
We got the kittens after losing our baby in April 2024 as a stillborn. All were excited to welcome a new baby and we’re devastated after the loss- especially our 6 year old. Right after getting the kitten he would go to our 6 year old, and our little one named him Angel after his baby sister that we lost. They have an incredible bond and the kitten is incredibly tolerant dancing to Taylor Swift!
After losing our baby we were out of work for a substantial time due to coping and helping our kids. This was great for the family to have each other but unfortunately finances got very tight. Losing Angel would be like losing baby again to our 6 year old.
