Anitta came into my life as a tiny kitten, and from that moment on she became my closest companion. She has slept on my pillow since she was a baby and filled our home with love. She lives with me, our dog Toretto, and her kitty brother. She is my comfort, my joy, and a piece of my heart.

Suddenly Anitta began to decline, and after multiple misdiagnoses, the emergency hospital discovered she was fighting a severe, life-threatening pneumonia. She can only breathe with oxygen support and is very weak. I’m doing everything I can to save her, but the medical costs have become more than I can handle alone.

Anitta is truly one of a kind. She “talks” to me, follows me around the house, and sleeps curled up beside me every night. Her sweetness, curiosity, and gentle spirit have always brightened our lives. Our home isn’t the same without her energy and love. She is my soul in the shape of a cat.
