Anna is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Las cruces, NM, who needs $1,400 for Leg Amputation.

Anna was rescued from a dog shelter in Casper, Wyoming at 8 weeks old. She has lived such a happy life with her family ever since. Her two human kids are her world, and she has been the best mama dog to them.

Anna has a hip and femur fracture. Her hip fracture is in such a sensitive spot that her back left leg is in need of amputation. The Animal Hospital of Las Cruces has taken great care of Anna so far. They have been very kind and Anna feels very comfortable in their care.

Anna’s underbite smile will make anyone grin ear to ear. This girl is the sweetest baby, always giving kisses and wanting cuddles. Anna is happiest while sun bathing as her kids play outside, or being a couch potato and watching family movies with her kids next to her. Before Anna’s injury she loved to help in the garden and play with her favorite tennis balls.

This unexpected injury has been a lot on us financially. There are no Veterinarian offices willing to work out payments for Anna’s amputation, and payment needs to be made in full before surgery happens. We are forever indebted to those willing to help in any form.
