My neighbor use to walk her dog (Miffy) by my house. She was so cute, I asked if she ever had babies I wanted one. Well she got pregnant and they offered me a puppy. Apollo was born Jan 2019. He came home at 10 weeks old. I fell in love right away. He was the cutest little thing with big ears and big eyes. I loved it.

Apollo has had allergy issues, but they were very minimal. At age two I was told he has arthritis down his spine. But it never really bothered him. A couple of weeks ago he jumped out of the car, but later that evening he wasn’t able to walk up the stairs. He has a vertebrae injury, making him unable to walk. He’s on pain meds and steroids. But he hasn’t gotten better. He seems to be declining.

He’s very special because he’s like a little spoiled stubborn child. He’s funny, loves to walk, loves car rides, and love little kids. He’s a snuggler. If he doesn’t get what he want from me he goes to my fiancé who always complies. His thing to do is to hunt lizards. Thank goodness he hasn’t been able to catch them.

I’m retired, and one of my income sources ended recently. I hate to see him suffer and my heart hurts for him. I’ve maxed out my credit cards and I have a pretty big car note. I have tried getting increases to no avail. He’s my best friend.
