She is truly my soulmate. She found me in the oddest way when I needed her the most. I was working at a Sunglass store in my hometown and I was on a break with my boyfriend outside of the store. That’s when I saw her in the arms of her previous owner. We asked if she was for sale and she handed my little girl to me right there and then and said I could have her! I’ve now had her for 11 years :)

Apples is the most funny looking dog ever. Since she was 1 years old she has acted like a human child clinging onto me for dear life and we never hear the end of how funny it looks. She always gets called wookie, Yoda or chubaca! Her little underbite and standing ears give her the funniest face and she l gets called names everywhere we go!

Apples Was diagnosed with diabetes back in September when she was hospitalized for seven days at Access in Woodland Hills fighting for her life. We brought her home and we recovered her fully to the point where she was in full remission of diabetes up until March of this year. She is now unfortunately back at Access hospital due to another diabetic crisis and it’s waiting for her life yet again.

This is the second time in seven months that I’ve spent over $12,000 in medical bills. I’ve used up every single credit card that I own, opened up new credit cards, spent all the savings to my name and it started reaching out to friends and family for support. My last straw
