About this campaign

Apricot Jelly came into my life as a foster kitten last January, and we have been best friends ever since. I knew from the moment I laid eyes on him that he belonged in my life. We share our home with my roommates, Lexi and Jenna, and Jelly's best cat friends, Athena and Mimi.
Jelly is the sweetest, quirkiest boy and has brought so much joy and so many laughs into my life.

Jelly is facing a critical medical issue: Feline Idiopathic Cystitis with recurring urinary blockages. He needs surgery urgently, which will be performed at Lloyd Veterinary Medical Center. The surgery is essential to ensure Jelly no longer has life-threatening emergencies and can live a long and healthy life. Without the surgery, Jelly is at risk of having another life-threatening urinary blockage.

Apricot Jelly is not just a pet, he is my family. He's my food-stealing, hair-chewing, obsessed-with-plastic-wrappers, sticking-his-tongue out when he's mad, treat-loving best friend. He loves to pester his "sisters," Athena and Mimi. He's the silliest, grumpiest, and most loving boy in the world.

I am currently in a difficult financial situation due to all of Jelly's past hospital stays and emergency room visits. I am unable to afford his surgery on my own, but I am determined to give Jelly the care that he needs. Any support would mean the absolute world to us.
