Aqua is a 11-month-old Mix in Bradenton , FL, who needs $900 for Spay.

Aqua came to us after being rescued in telluride Colorado last spring. Her and her siblings were all adopted locally and I brought her to Florida. She is everything my son has needed both for mental health and anxiety. Along with companionship.

My son and Aqua are two peas in a pod. As soon as we adopted her and she got to us from Colorado they were instant friends. She comforts him and I both and she has the best personality. They’re always playing or cuddling and my son is always happy and smiling

Aqua we believe is mixed with husky and that’s why she is so vocal. She is always talking and you can tell the change of tone as to how she is feeling. She’ll even sing with my son and his harmonica. She is the most perfect addiction to our little family.

Back in the autumn of 2023 I had an appointment set up with the local shelter to have her fixed for a very low cost. Upon arrival and intake I was told my dog was in serious condition with her heart and they would not perform surgery until very expensive testes were done.

$900 later we found out she in Fact had a healthy heart and could go under and have the surgery. I am a single mother and those tests alone were so expensive that I had to use our Christmas savings. My son and I were both so scared we were going to lose our new dog
