Archie (Bruno while at shelter) is a 7-year-old Bull Terrier Mix in College Station, TX, who needs $600 for Dental Surgery.

Archie was adopted into his forever home in September from the Mansfield Animal Shelter. He was my 20th birthday present and I could not have asked for a better gift. We have had a blast since being together in College Station while I go to school at Texas A&M University! Archie has gotten a lot of nicknames including Arch, Arch man, Archie-Arch, big baby, and cutie.

Archie LOVES people and all the attention he gets from roommates and neighbors. He loves our daily walks and his beloved squeaky toys. We live right behind a park with a trail that we get to explore every day. This boy seems tough but we quickly learned he is THE BIGGEST baby. He loves cuddling and laying on top of everyone!

I am a college student and money is very tight. I work constantly when not in class to try and provide Archie with things he needs. It would be great to get this issue resolved soon so that it doesn't cause more damage that would be more expensive to fix.

When I adopted Archie he had a small growth in his mouth that was thought to not bother him. Recently it has grown and you can tell it has been bothering him and slowing the way he plays with his toys and eats. The vet recommends that we remove it and have it sent off to be tested because it could potentially be cancerous.

I have never had a dog with such a big personality like Archie! He is extremely spoiled with love and when he doesn't have attention he MAKES you give him attention. You don't want to take this baby's squeaky toys away from him either. Archie is a great companion and everything he does brightens my day.
