I rescued my girl from a puppy mill. When I rescued her she was terrified and didnt know what love was or how to be a dog. She was sick and had a mummified puppy stuck in her. I raised money to get her surgery and save her life. Now she needs help again. When i got her she had rotten teeth and infected with whipworms and was severely underweight. She had the mummified pup in her and had surgery and an emergency spay. After her surgery when she came home she was an entire different dog! She was so happy and playful and was so cuddly she slept on my head every night on my pillow. During the day she started sleeping curled up in the stomach of my older border collie. They became best friends. Looking in her eyes you could see how thankful she was that she finally found love and a home. She was finally able to be a dog and was not abused or neglected like she was her entire 7 years of life. Now shes 9 years old with a lot of life left in her. When I rescued her she had rotten teeth and they tried to clean them during her emergency spay/fetus removal. They extracted 7 teeth but due to being under anesthesia for so long her body temperature dropped and they werent able to finish with the procedure.
