The limping Ariadne was spotted on a desolate highway on an extremely hot day. Her appearance was tragic: her head was covered in bloody wounds, and she seemed barely able to stand. What was initially thought to be a car accident was revealed to be the result of human cruelty.

Ariadne’s ears had been brutally cut off. She had been in the heat for so long that flies had laid eggs in her wounds, and maggots had begun to eat away at her flesh. She also suffered from severe swelling on one side of her head and showed signs of extreme exhaustion and dehydration after spending days under the sun. The degree of her malnutrition and anemia was extremely alarming.

Despite her current suffering, it’s clear that Ariadne was once a majestic pup, showing signs of being well cared for. Her strong bones and overall build suggest she was once a beloved companion. Tragically, it seems that she ended up in the hands of individuals who abused her. At the clinic, Ariadne's wounds were cleaned of parasites, and she was given IV fluids to stabilize her condition.

She needed a surgery, however, she first had to regain her strength, as she was too weak for anesthesia. After about 2 weeks, she gained enough weight for surgery, but she still has a long way to go. Please help Ariadne get the care she desperately needs!
