I found my beautiful Ariel as a newborn kitten in an old trailer park I lived in as a teenager. I bottle fed her when I first found her as she was a newborn and away from her mom. She has been my pride and joy for the past almost 14 years now. She’s always running to greet me at the door everyday when I get home, she is my everything in this world.

My sweet girl recently had an emergency. She was going into DKA due to untreated diabetes. Never in my life did I expect her to have diabetes until we received that diagnosis. My sweet girl had to stay in the emergency vet for 3 days while receiving the best treatment from the team at veterinary specialty & emergency care here in Indianapolis.

Ariel loves cuddles, she loves waking us up in the middle of the night just to squeeze in between us to sleep. She’s always running around the house like she has the energy of a kitten! She’s never met a person she doesn’t love to cuddle and play with. She’ll follow you around the house like she’s protecting you. She’s the absolute best friend anyone could ask for

Due to her emergency care treatment, it has wracked up a bill of $4.2k, I would give anything in this life time for my fur baby but I’d be lying if I didn’t admit that this bill is taking a lot to pay off.
