About this campaign
I rescued Armani as a kitten. He is now 10 years old. He has lived with me his whole life. He was an escape artist as a kitten (I had no experience with cats when I got him) and loved to ride in the car with his harness. As a kitten, I would often take him to petsmart with me on his harness. He has been a member of banfield hospital there more recently and is a social butterfly during his appts.
Armani is another member of the family with his own personality. He is my alarm clock ( at both 3 am and 8 am) and loves wet food. He has helped raise my moms cats that we rescued, foster cats, and now two cats he permanently lives with who we adopted from my significant other’s mother who rescues cats.
I knew Armani was special the day I got him and we instantly connected. He is not technically an emotional support Animal, but he is for me. He has been my comfort through the last 10 years including 4 hard family losses. He meows and communicates when you speak to him. He snores, breathes loudly when he wants your attention and his purr and cuddles are unmatched.
Armani attends banfield pet hospital. He is on a wellness plan and is up to date on all of his vaccinations and dental cleaning. He was fixed when he was one year old. When Armani was 6 we discovered he had dental disease and every year since, he has had to have teeth removed at his cleanings. He needs several teeth out still. I could only afford $1000 of the $3000 of work
I am low income and do all I can to support this pet. I am a cat lover and my life revolves around Armani and making sure he eats. I am stressed financially due to inflation, high rent etc that even working full time, I am struggling to save to help my cat who is in pain.
