Arrow is a 4-year-old Jack Russell who needs $1,000 for Dehydration Treatment.

Arrow came into my life 3 years ago. He was a rescue from Russell Rescue. They estimated he was about a year old when I adopted him. He was found wandering the streets. I knew he was the dog for me when he immediately ran to me. Knowing him to be a skiddish dog truly solidified our bond. 3 years later and our bond is stronger than ever. Currently, I live with a roommate who has a cat.

He has his bed directly next to mine but he'll occasionally find himself in my bed. He loves walks pretty much anywhere but we love to walk around the neighborhood for hours together.. he picks up tricks pretty quickly so in my spare time I like to teach him something new. We've known each other long enough to communicate through looks for the most part. He also understands much of what I say

Arrow is truly one of a kind. He's the smartest dog I've ever met. He's a little Houdini who can find a way in and out of everything. He is super friendly but also pretty skiddish. When he loves he loves hard. He's usually attached to my hip at all times. His bed is next to mine but he'll occasionally find himself in my bed. He's a hopper so whenever he's excited he'll hop for days

This is an unexpected emergency. I returned home from work and noticed he had vomit and diarrhea everywhere. I cleaned him up but noticed immediately he wasn't himself. I noticed he wouldn't eat or drink. From there I took him to the vet. We think he ate something he wasn't supposed to. He was severely dehydrated upon arrival at the vet. He's at Animal Medical Center.

This was an unexpected emergency. I recently had surgery so I'm working to pay off that expense among others. Ultimately, cash is very tight. This is beyond important for me. I can't have children so he's like a sone to me. I simply can't imagine life without him.
