About this campaign
We got Artemis 4 years ago as a gender reveal for my stepdaughters. We had the names Artemis and Apollo picked out. Found out I was having a boy so we named him Apollo and his sister dog Artemis. She has been so loving and protective of my now 3 kids. Currently we are living with my mother after going through some personal matters.
Artemis is such a spoiled princess. She loves to wear a doggy dress. She enjoys cuddling up to her babies (my children) and at bed time. She is very tolerant of my children pulling and climbing on her. Also loves giving kisses and cheering you up when your sad.
Artemis loves to chase the water in a water hose she goes on a whole different level of crazy when the water get turned on. I leaves her with that wonderful putty smile.
On Christmas Eve Artemis got into a fight with another dog and broke her leg. The veterinarian at friendship animal hospital has been watching her leg heal. The front bone in her leg is healed pretty well but the back bone is not healing and is actually getting worse. So our Vet decided it’d be in her best interest that we have her leg amputated.
My kids father went to jail and I had to quit my job due to not being able to find a reliable babysitter to watch my children. So I’ve been struggling really to do anything as of lately.
