Arya is a 5 year old Boxer in West Columbia, , who needs $2,000 for A left-sided TPLO +/- MPL.

My husband rescued Arya 4 years ago. She had been returned to a local rescue 4 times before my husband adopted her. Reasons we don’t understand, although if she hadn’t been returned we wouldn’t have her today. I already had a dog that I rescued and her name is Cersei. We thought it would be cute if the names were on theme, which is why we name Arya. (From Game of Thrones).

Arya tore her ACL and is needing surgery for it. She’s in a good bit of pain, and I feel extremely bad for her. The vet she goes to is Capital Animal Hospital. Located in Columbia South Carolina.

Arya is a very intelligent dog. She is also a major “talker”. She will definitely let us know what she wants. She is a cuddle bug and will hop in your lap even tho she is 60 pounds, but we love it! My husband and I have 2 toddlers. Arya is very gentle with them and shows love to them. Both of our kids first couple of words were Arya. That’s how much they love her.

I have 2 toddlers and at the moment I do not work. My husband is disabled and does as much as he can to provide. Arya’s diagnosis is major shock as we feel incredibly horrible for her while feeling devastated that there’s no way we can afford this major vet bill.
