This is Ash, my sweet rescue boy. He is 15 and just the sweetest guy! I've had him his whole life. Recently he's had to adjust to losing his littermate, who passed from cancer last year.

Ash is shy, but sweet. Once he gets to know you, he's a total lap cat who wants to cuddle you! He loves to be picked up and hugged. He even hugs the vet, she adores him.

Despite being 15, he's still very playful, and still gets zoomies! He loves his toy mice, his dangle toys, and anything with catnip! He loves to look out the window in the morning and chat with the birds in the trees outside the window.

He's been healthy his whole life, but for the last year, he's been showing symptoms of what the vet thought was high thyroid. The symptoms are *really * bothering him, but his blood work came out as "on the high side, but not over the line quite yet.". The vet wanted to recheck him in 6 months. He's being treated at Powdermill Animal Hospital, Acton, MA. The vet is Anne Fields.

I'm on a fixed income following multiple strokes. This last 3 months has been particularly difficult, and I'm already looking at a car repair I can't afford. I'm asking for help for his blood test, so he can get medication. The test will be 200.00.
