Asha Meribor, our sweet 9 year old polydactyl cat at Furruspurr Cat Sanctuary, is fighting hemobartonella, also known as feline infectious anemia. This serious blood infection attacks red blood cells, leaving cats weak, anemic, and vulnerable without prompt veterinary treatment.

Asha has already proven how resilient she is, but she can't win this fight alone. To recover, she needs specialized medication, ongoing veterinary monitoring, and supportive care to help her body rebuild its strength. As a sanctuary cat, Asha depends entirely on Furruspurr Cat Sanctuary to provide the medical care she needs, and those expenses are quickly adding up.

the campaign automatically closed after just 3 days before the goal could be reached for her

bloodwork and possibly more treatment.
