Aslan is a 6 month old German Shepherd Dog in Edwards, CO, who needs $1,800 for Carpet Ingestion.

Aslan is a 6-month-old puppy who was adopted from the shelter about two months ago. He is a happy, loving and great puppy, but he's also a chewer! That's why he decided to eat something that was not food!!

After having ripped a carpet, on 6-22-24 Aslan started to act differently. When he was pooping, he had diarrhea and there were some pieces of carpet in it. It was really painful and uncomfortable for him, so he had to be taken to the Animal Urgent care in Denver. He was taken care of really well and FORTUNATELY he didn't need surgery since all the material in his intestines came out naturally.

Aslan is a loving pet and he is an expert when it comes to making someone smile and play. All his mom's friends love him and he is invited to every single birthday party or meeting. He loves to catch his ball and we is done playing, he carries his ball with his mouth until he gets home. Aslan is a very special puppy, he's just 6 months old he is huge!!!

This was an unexpected situation and, of course, I had to make sure he had the most accurate treatment for this situation. As a puppy, he was really vulnerable to have a more difficult situation due to the strong pain he was feeling and the swelling in his intestines.
