Asmodeus is a 1 year old American Shorthair in Atwater, CA, who needs $200 for Abscess Wound Care and Antibiotics.

I found my little guy in the alleyway. He was only a few weeks old, very tiny. I took him in and made sure he was very well cared for. I've had him for a year. I had to get an Esa letter to keep him, also because I deal with depression. He brightens my day a great deal.

I'm not sure how, but his front right arm swelled up. He had started limping, but he was still playful and eating and drinking normally. Just last night the swollen arm popped. Blood and pus was everywhere. I made sure to clean up the wound as best I could. He's still in high spirits, but he needs to get examined and treated. I'm taking him to Community Veterinary Clinic.

He's just an all around character. He's very vocal and quite talkative. He loves affection and has a bag obsession. He's my little shadow and follows me everywhere. He sleeps close to my chest all the time. Though I live with a friend, he only allows me to pick him up and handle him. He and I have a very tight bond.

Currently, I'm unemployed and looking. My friend has been great and has allowed me to stay with them. Having Asmodeus healthy again would mean so much. I can't imagine a life without him in it. He shouldn't have to suffer due to financial setbacks.
