Astro is a rescue from north Philadelphia. He was bottle fed and nurtured back to health. He has been a significant buddy in my life throughout the last 3 years. He’s a gift from the universe I never knew I needed.. he is the best boy.

Astro is hospitalized at Pennell veterinary clinic in Aston, Pennsylvania. He has a urinary blockage, and needed immediate medical attention. He was put on antibiotics to prevent it and he gradually got worse within a few days. He is going to be on a special diet for the rest of his life.

Astro is the sweetest sentimental little man. I realized this when my dog Dallas of 14 years passed away, and I had a hard time dealing with the loss. He would lay on Dallas’s bed and would kiss me while I would cry during grieving. Dallas was his best bud too. Astro can be a sour patch kid, super sweet but can be sour any second during play time. He is very vocal and loves to say mom.

I have had a difficult few years since my father passed away, house fire and landlord selling my house. I exhausted my emergency fund barely surviving trying to get back on my feet. It would mean the absolute world to me to have him healthy. He is all I have in this world.
