Our Babygirl is named Athena she was given that name by her previous owner. I was dog sitting her for a friend and one day they just stopped replying to messages so we ended up adopting her as our own! We fell in love with this gorgeous fur baby only 1 week after watching her, and my dreams of her being ours came true! She has 2 sisters, Stella is a Rat Terrier and the other is Nala a Kitten!

Athena was just diagnosed with “Pyometra which is a serious and potentially life-threatening infection of the uterus that causes it to fill with bacteria and pus.” She needs an Emergent Surgery on her Uterus before it ruptures and with her having Hip Dysplasia there could be further complications that could come up.

Athena is my Protector, she is a very well trained dog that we’ve put a lot of time and effort into! She knows all the fun tricks like shake(both paws), sit, lay down, get up, scoot over, roll over, spin around, smile, wink, and even Attack and Heal when we have too! She does NOT like men or hats! BUT she will accept you if you shake my hand! I’ve never had a dog so loving and cuddly yet so funny!
