Atlas is a 2-year-old Rottweiler in Centerville , UT, who needs $2,000 for TPLO Surgery, left hind leg.

We were lucky enough to find Atlas through a program, Life is Pawsible, to be a much-needed Service Dog for Bradley. She helps him get through each day providing companionship for lonely days, especially while quarantined, balance assistance, pressure therapy and a faithful lookout and protector! She has prevented many panic attacks and anxiety. She also helps get Bradley off of the floor.

Atlas loves to go for walks and makes Bradley get some exercise whether he wants to or not. She loves to sit on your feet and lean up against you. It has earned her the nickname “Ilene”. She loves to go to the park and play ball. She loves to watch US fetch, lol. She loves to watch out the front window to see if the neighborhood kids are out playing. They are her “adoring public”. We struggle financially. Bradley is on disability and Cindi works full-time, but it’s never enough. We have exhausted all of our savings and have no other financial resources. Please help us make our family whole again. Maybe Bradley will be able to sleep again.

About a month ago, Atlas started limping. When she was just a puppy, she either jumped or was pushed (by her doggy daddy) out of a moving car. She broke her hip and had it surgically repaired. We got her while she was still recuperating. Last week, she quit put any weight on the leg at all. The vet said she has ruptured the cranial cruciate ligament and needs a TPLO ASAP. Atlas is beside me day and night. She makes me smile and laugh. Her happy dance before we go out the door gives me courage and uplifts my mood to face the scary, outside world. She loves our cats and wishes they would play with her more often. She loves treats and is optimistic she gets “a cookie” whenever we pass the jar. She’s a great listener. She’s a great anti-depressant!
