Axle is a 1 year old Mix-Breed in Akron, OH, who needs $400 for Treatment of Mouth Wound.

Axle came to me as a rescue. Him and his 4 siblings were rescued from a horrible puppy mill by the stark Last February when my fiancé and I decided to go have a look. On our way out the door with no dog in sight,a worker asked if I seen her pups and I hadn’t so we did. It was love at first sight. He ran up to me and has been my extra hip ever since.

Last week I had noticed that Axle was bleeding in his mouth on the left side and it was a bit swollen. He bit into one of his bones and cut himself somehow. Everything seemed fine until yesterday when I woke up to see his face swollen and a tennis ball sizes lump on the same side he punctured the week before.

Axle is my emotional support animal and vise versa. I know that people don’t think that animals feel or understand a lot of things but they really do. I am his emotional support just as much as he is mine. He comes with a lot of issues and so do I, but together we work on healing one another each and every day we are together. Without each other both of us would be lost.

I make ends meet but just barely. I live paycheck to paycheck with no savings at hand. It’s been a rough few years and even though I have always been able to maintain a job. With the economy the way it’s been. I just can’t seem to save an extra penny to save my own life.
