BABY is a 8-year-old Cairn Terrier Mix in Branford, CT, who needs $2,000 for Spay, Dental and Cyst Removal.

BABY was rescued after her owner passed away. Sadly, no one in the family would take her in and she was abruptly dropped off to a rescue volunteer.

Since that day, BABY has struggled to come out of her shell...but she is finally exactly where she belongs and has been adopted by a wonderful woman who is spoiling her to pieces!

BABY and her adopter are as thick as thieves! She loves her stuffy toys, fluffy blankets and cozy bed. She sticks by her adopter's side and they have formed quite a special bond!

BABY waddles around behind her owner all throughout the day, and her adopter's family members lovingly refer to them as "the two grumpy old women"...in the best possible sense...it's just adorable!

While BABY'S basic vetting was able to be updated immediately, the rest of her vetting has had to take a back seat. We ruled out her having a UTI and it was determined that she was in heat! We have waiting 6 long weeks since she has gone into heat, and so she is finally ready to be spayed, have a dental cleaning and have a cyst removed. Her bloodwork looks great and surgery date is set for 9/7.

BABY'S surgeries and pre-surgical prep will cost $2,000+. She has received bloodwork and xrays, and on September 7th she will have her spay, dental and cyst removal.
