About this campaign

I saved Baby when she was 4 weeks. Someone opened their window and said "here do you want a dog?" while holding a small puppy out of their window. I found 4 ticks on her and removed them very carefully and she immediately became very loving and playful, I knew she was feeling better. Worrying that she may be sick I took her to see a vet immediately. I was broke and could only afford a small amount

Baby was very playful and loving, happy to be in my home took a quick liking to me. Sometimes I think she doesn't even know she is a dog. But she knows I am her mommy. We recently became homeless and are struggling, we are trying to get into a shelter but we need to have her shots up to date, her license, and proof of her being a support dog.

We call her dinosaur killer because she thinks she is a big scary guard dog, she loves to try to beat the life out of her toys, she also loves to fetch; and when she is excited she runs for the toy before its thrown, then growls and plays tug-a-war, so I pretend throw it and she runs for it with it still in her mouth. She has so much energy she can play fetch all day.

I've only taken her to see a vet once, since then we're in a new county, I was only able to afford the checkup and 1 of the worm medications, she has stomach issues with foods that I know I need to talk to a vet about because she throws up often. I don't know if it's worms, I often think it is mostly because I feel bad that I couldn't afford what was recommended by the vet during the first checkup

We can't get into a shelter until she is up to date with her vet care. After going into a shelter we can become eligible for a housing waitlist. I have nobody to leave her with currently and she is so attached to me. It's cold outside and we need to be back in a home again.
