About this campaign
Baby was hit by a vehicle and her family couldn't afford medical treatment. They know how much I love dogs & that I have a fenced yard & asked if I wanted her, of course I did. The vet said her back leg is broken and it's no longer attached to her hip socket. It is difficult to walk and play, not to mention sometimes painful.
My dog Buddy has welcomed Baby into our home. They quickly became best friends. They run and play in the backyard, she drags her leg & I know it hurts but she still smiles. She's still a puppy so she has so much life ahead of her & I want it to be as happy & pain free as possible.
My dog Buddy has a tree rope he swings from and it's so cute watching her watch him. She loves chasing balls too. I hope she'll be swinging from that rope soon too.
Our veterinarian said the xrays show her leg is broken and not attached to the hip socket.
With surgery she will recover and go on to lead a long healthy life.
I am trying to give Baby a chance at a pain free life.
I have tried to find veterinarian clinics that will accept a payment plan but I haven't yet. I have received a $500 donation from a family friend and that brings it to $1300 that I need to raise.
