Baby Tabs is a special cat. He was trapped as a kitten during a TNR clinic and we kept him with us so that he would have a fur-ever home rather than being released. He loves to snuggle with one of our other cats, who is his BFF. They are always together and like to walk around the house together and nap next to each other.

Baby Tabs was recently diagnosed with diabetes, chronic kidney disease, and now heart disease. He was having difficulty breathing today and was gasping for air, so we rushed him to emergency at VCA Family. While being examined by the emergency vet, his heart stopped. The vet performed CPR and was able to revive him. They found fluid in his lungs, which is the result of his heart disease.

Baby Tabs is so affectionate and loves to be pet! He always sleeps on the bed with us and his BFF. He's very loving and took care of his sisters before they passed.

Baby Tabs is in need of additional diagnostics and treatment. He is currently being hospitalized and is in an oxygen chamber to help with his breathing. Unfortunately, the vet bills are difficult to handle and we can't afford everything that is being recommended.
