Bad Bad came into my life nearly 14 years ago (in July). One day I heard a meow, followed it, and found Bad Bad and his litter mates abandoned in our shed. They could hardly stand. I had no choice but to take them in and bottle feed them. I still have 3 of the 4 litter mates. The runt (Little Bear) sadly passed away not long after getting fixed. I have rescued another kitty since Bad Bad's litter

Bad Bad is a huge Momma's boy and follows me wherever I go. He loves snuggling and sleeping on my head! Bad Bad gets along with pretty much every one. He is very curious and normally outgoing. He recently got ill and the death of his grandmother has significantly impacted his demeanor coupled with not feeling well.

Bad Bad LOVES water. We started calling him Bad Bad because he would always spill his water dish. Little did I realize his fascination with it in the beginning! In his younger days, he would hop in the tub and lick the water dripping from the faucet. His very first fountain! He likes to drag items he views as prey and put them in his bowl. He is adorable!

In September 2022 I noticed Bad Bad was starting to lose weight and it appeared his mouth was bothering him when he ate. I took him into the vet and they performed blood work. They informed me my baby had arthritis, kidney disease and periodontal disease. They told of the risks associated with sedation because of his kidneys having to work harder to stabilize anesthesia but recommended a dental.

I'm on a fixed income and as mentioned lost my mother in January. She was also on a fixed income and didn't have any insurance. My family and I set up a fundraiser just to try to cover funeral expenses. It is ongoing. My kitties are the closet thing I have to my mom.
