This is my dog Bailey. My husband always wanted a bloodhound so I found a breeder 8 hours away and they sent me pictures of all their puppies. When I saw her picture I immediately fell in love with her. She was so silly and dorky and fit right in to our family. Her brother (a miniature poodle) became her best friend, they have been inseparable since day one.

About a year ago I noticed a growth coming out of her gum, it looked like she had a wad of chewing gum in her mouth. I tried to reach out to multiple vets in my area and they all said they would put her to sleep for a dental cleaning and remove it. Recently, it has gotten so big that I was told by one vet that she is so old she may die on the table. Or that she will need part of her jaw removed.

Bailey is the best dog I have ever had. She is such a people dog, I have 4 kids and she has let all of the kids climb on her and she just lays there until they are done. She feels when you don't feel good and will lay on you until you tell her to get up. Bailey loves to go to the lake, as a puppy we have taken her fishing with us. She gets upset with my husband if he smells like fish without her.

My husband lost his job in October, he was the primary breadwinner, with only a month notice. We have 4 kids and I have been at home with them for 6 years. I've tried to call every vet near me explaining our financial situation and no one is willing to help my poor baby.
