My daughters and I adopted Bambi from the local shelter 10 years ago when he was 5 years old. He had been surrendered there matted beyond belief and suffering from ear infections. He was shaved and had a mohawk and we fell in love with him instantly. He's been with us ever since. He is now old at 15 but unfortunately;y he is in need of surgery to remove a large tumor on his side.

Bambi is my perma-side-kick always at my side. He sleeps with me or my girls every night. He is the sweetest pup ever and I desperately want to relieve his pain.

Bambi will dance on his back legs when he wants attention or treats! He loves his spot on the back of the couch or buried in the clothes hamper! He is the sweetest pup ever and deserves the longest life possible.

Bambi has been showing these tumors for about the last year now. They have gotten progressively worse with one on his side now requiring medical attention. It is the side of a walnut now and causing him obvious pain. He also has a few rotten teeth that I'd like to have taken care of while he is under anesthesia.

I am a solo parent to two teenagers. Over the last two years I have been laid off twice and financially am struggling to keep our home. Bambi is a cherished part of the family, but I simply do not have the funds to afford his care at the moment.
