Barnabas is a 7-year-old Domestic Longhair Cat in Sandy, UT, who needs $1,249 for Dental Cleaning due to Periodontal Disease and Chest X-ray due to Suspected Asthma.

Barnabas was abandoned at 6 weeks old with his entire litter. Fortunately a family found him and his sister Tonks still alive. I adopted them at 7 weeks old. Barnabas has extreme separation anxiety and an autoimmune disease. He can only have hydrolyzed protein because other cat food gives him ulcers on his mouth. He is also prone to infection if he has any cuts and a history of PU surgery.

Barnabas loves being with his mom (me) and his sister (and littermate) Tonks. He is friendly with the rest of the family, but always wants his momma.

Barnabas will walk around the house crying if he cannot find me. He loves to bathe his sister. One of his favorite things is to sit on the kitchen chair next to me while I eat.

Ha has a long vet history including multiple treatments for his allergies and a couple hospitalizations for urinary blockage which resulted in PU surgery last year. Last month he was unfortunately let outside by accident. He was safely found & returned home after 4 days. Unfortunately this caused FIC. He received emergency care. He now needs dental cleaning and chest x-ray for suspected asthma.

I have been facing some health issues that have unfortunately led to the loss of my job. My doctor & attorney are working hard to get me on disability. My cats mean the world to me & all I want to do is keep them happy & healthy. Thank you to whomever takes time to read this
