Hi there! My real name is Barley. My mamaw got that terrible Parkinsons & thought my name was BARNEY so that's what everyone calls me. My mom and I had to move from our family house when my mamaw went to 'sisted living.
I was scared but everyone loves me at our new house, and I LOVE EVERYONE. I am now an extremely popular, almost 14 yr. old, amazing female chi wow wow.

I have this super yucky toenail problem. They grow very quickly, and this is the 3rd time my rear paw has been inflamed from that pesky ingrown nail. The vet dr man at VCA says when we get them clipped this time; we need to stay on schedule with my toenail hygiene. That vet dr man also said I need 2 shots...and he uses needles! Ouch.

My mom and I rescued each other 5 yrs ago. I was unhappy without a forever family. Mom was sad because her other doggie crossed the Rainbow Bridge.
I love my mom , but I really loves my mamaw. I misses her a lot, but she couldn't take me wth her to 'sisted living. She used to give me sooo many treats, and I sat with her all day long.
I LOVE FOOD! I try to trick my mom all day long for treats.

My mom has health issues and is on that dis-bility. Once I am fixed up, we'll be able to get back on track to keep up with my yucky nails, and I'll be HAPPY!
