About this campaign
I adopted Bart and his siblings at the humane society because my heart strings were pulled. They were spayed and neutered and had all their shots.
From what I know they were surrendered as kittens. When I got them they were on the older side of a kitten.
I adopted them and brought them home. All was good until…
Little did I know that neutering a male cat at a young age will not let their bones grow to be strong. So my precious Bart has broken a hip at a young age. I got that surgery done a month ago and put him on a diet. He is losing some weight but somehow broke his other hip and I can’t afford another surgery. I’m passionate about my babies and don’t like to see them suffer.
Bart is special to me because he’s solid black and most people bypass solid black cats because they think they’re evil or have some sorta bad luck to them. I don’t. I love them! He gives my hand the best kisses whenever I pet him. I just KNOW he’s telling me thank you for adopting him.
I love him forever. I would love to pay it forward someday.
Please help my baby , Bart.
It’s a sudden expense that I am not going to be able to cover. I wish I could have all the money up front. We’ve all been in situations where something comes up.
I didn’t not expect him to break his other hip during recovering
