Batman is a 2-year-old Shorthair Domestic Cat in Gatineau, QC, who needs $1,700 for Surgery for Both Knees.

Batman was a gift. He came from a pet shop. He is only 2 years old.
Sadly, he has always been a weak cat.
He suffers from a dislocated jaw. He is unable to close his mouth properly and his little tongue always sticks out.
He started limping recently and vet informed me he will need surgery on both hind legs (knees) because they are both fractured. He is in pain.
I am devastated.

My cat is special because he is the light of my life. He is the kindest, cutest little thing who loves to cuddle and follow me around. He’s very attached to me. Batman is quite indépendant otherwise and not clingy. He enjoys his alone time. He is often found looking out the window spotting squirrels and birds. He is an indoor cat of course. We have no other pets.

Batman loves to play . That is our special time . Of course , he has a short attention/interest span . After playing, he enjoys taking a long nap . His favorite food is shrimp . He takes his hydration very seriously and is often seen drinking from the new water fountain mama got him . He has a ton of toys as I try to spoil him. He is afraid of the vacuum cleaner

They were very kind to my cat. I am thankful to them.
They took x rays and then they referred me to a specialist surgeon for surgery for both knees. They have estimated a cost of 2500$ for surgery. It is inevitable. Both his knees are fractured. I am heartbroken.

I am unemployed. I got Batman because he was given as a gift and I could not refuse him of course. I do not work and rely on government benefits to live. I wan to take care of my pet properly. He is all I have. He brings me joy.
