Baxter is a 2-year-old Maltese in Newmanstwon, PA, who needs $610 for Canine Specific Pancreatic Lipase.

He was given to us by someone who could not take care of him. We are Baxter's 3rd home since he was purchased by the 1st owners. I think this has contributed a lot to some of the issues we've had with Baxter. Anyway, we fell in love with Baxter and have loved him more and more each and every day he's been in our lives. It is tearing us up that he is so sick. We want to get him better!

Baxter's love and affection is irreplaceable. He likes to play with all of his toys. He likes to play fetch all of the time. He loves to give kisses upon kisses. We wouldn't replace Baxter for the world! Baxter makes us laugh and smile a lot with all that he does. He has quite the active personality.

Baxter's favorite friends are his toys. He loves his little stuffed bear he's had since he was a baby. He loves his rainbow colored pony he just got for his 2nd birthday. Sometimes Baxter will sit there and examine all of his toys then picks out the one he loves the most at the moment. lol He loves to tease. He'll bring his toy to us then snatch it and runs with it. This is his favorite game

I am looking for the appropriate treatment for Baxter. He has had problems before and they think it may be pancreatitis, but need to run a series of tests to find out. After all is said and done, it's going to cost $610 of which we do not have. Baxter has been needy since we adopted him 2 years ago. We do all we can for him because we love him so much.

Fixed income among other things. We had a loss of my husband's pay for 4 months when he was unable to work due to having open heart surgery to have a aortic valve replacement. Thats has set us way back from the little bit we make as it is.
