We have to move fast to save Baylie’s mobility.  Baylie is just 12 weeks old and survived a hit-and-run in New Orleans, leaving her with severe injuries that require urgent surgery. Just days ago, Baylie was flown to us at A Pathway to Hope courtesy of Good Flights and arrived at her loving foster home with her tail wagging.

Xray's confirmed what was suspected, that Baylie needs immediate FHO (femoral head ostectomy) surgery to save her mobility. Her hip is fully displaced, out of the socket. Baylie’s wonderful disposition hides her pain, but she cannot live this way permanently. She is at the vet hospital, awaiting this complicated surgery.

Although it will be a slow and uncomfortable recovery, with your help, we can make sure that Baylie receives the care she needs to get better! We need your support to make that possible.
